The Human Resource Directorate of the Registry takes care of recruitment, placement, promotions,  staff development,  and  general  welfare  of all  employees in the University, and in determining and implementing appropriate wages and salaries  of staff.  The  Senior  Assistant Registrar assists  the  Registrar  in handling all labour related issues. The Senior Assistant Registrar is supported by a Senior Assistant Registrar in charge of Staff Development &  Welfare,  Hajia.  Sulemana Falila (ChPA, CMC, MBA-Human Resource, BMS, HND-Sec. & Mgt.) and  Hajia Seimawu  Iddrisu  (CEMPA,  BMS,  HND  Sec/Mgt)  an   Assistant   Registrar   in charge of Appointments and Promotions. There  are  also  supporting  staff  of various grades.
