The Directorate supervises, manages, and coordinates all institutional construction projects, ensuring that campus development activities are executed in a structured, sustainable, and orderly manner according to the university\u2019s master development plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Director is supported by a highly qualified technical and administrative team, comprising:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<strong>Engr. Boadu Joseph Asiamah<\/strong> (MSc-Development Management, BSc-Building Technology) \u2013 Senior Assistant Development Officer. <strong>Mr. Musah Masahudu<\/strong> (MSc-Construction Management, PGD-Architecture, BSc-Architecture) \u2013 Assistant Development Officer. <strong>Alhaji Surv.
