The Vice-Chancellor of the Tamale Technical University (TaTU), Professor Abass Braimah, on Tuesday, 16th February 2021 called on two chiefs within the Choggu and Wurishe traditional areas.
He first paid a courtesy call on the newly enskinned Choggu Naa at his Palace at Choggu. The Choggu Naa congratulated the Vice-Chancellor on his appointment and pledged his skin's support for the development of the University. He said, his doors are always open for the University Management to consult or engage with him any time the need arises.
On his part, the Vice-Chancellor promised to make good use of his gesture any time the University requires their support and counsel. He also congratulated the chief on his elevating to the "Nam" of Choggu.
The Vice-Chancellor later visited the Wurishe Naa, in whose traditional area the University is situated.
