The Bachelor of Technology (BTECH) programme in Building Technology option in Construction Management is an undergraduate degree program that prepares students for careers in managing construction projects. Students learn about construction materials and methods, building codes and regulations, project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and budgeting, contract management, construction law, safety management, computer aided design & application in Drawing, Sustainable construction, Entrepreneurship and Business creation, Specialised Skill Project practices, professional practice etc.

Upon graduation, individuals with a BTECH in Construction Management can pursue careers as Entrepreneurs & Self-employment in construction business, construction project managers, construction supervisors, cost estimators, schedulers, facility managers, or construction consultants in various sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure development.
