After earning a Master’s degree in Mathematics at KNUST-Ghana, and taught primary and secondary level, I got employment as a lecturer at the Statistical Department, Tamale Technical University to tutor Multivariate Data Analysis and Applied Statistics courses.
In my Senior Lecturer and Doctoral role, I exercised a calculated and systematic approach to problem-solving in research. I have worked as a Senior Lecturer at Tamale Technical University since 2014, where I research many fields and facets. I worked closely with students of undergraduates, graduates, and the HND level. My research works have resulted in highly practical and theoretical Innovation for creating complex applications in the research community.
I am also an active member of on-and-off campus events, which gave me tremendous experience and intrinsic physical and social rewards. My interdisciplinary research unites two strands of recent significant data inquiry: In Applied Statistics and Environmental Management.
By dint of this philosophy, Abdul-Aziz is a consummate public intellectual with a broad spectrum of services to the community – continuous training of knowledge workers in international schools, symposia, conferences, workshops, internships, academic apprenticeships, and mentorships. I facilitated Quantitative Techniques, a course in Commonwealth Executive Masters in Business and Public Administration (CEMBA/CEMPA-Tamale Centre), a distance learning program of the Institute of Distance Learning, KNUST- Kumasi. Additionally, I also facilitated Quantitative Techniques as a Senior Tutor at the Centre for Continuing Education, University of Cape Coast (Tamale Centre). As a resource person, I served as a role model at the 5th National Science, Technology, Mathematics, and Innovation Education (STMIE) Camping in Tamale-Ghana. I also trained students in Statistical Package (MATLAB) to Ghana Association of Statistics Student (GASS) at the University for Development Studies, Navrongo Campus, and Takoradi Technical University. My supervision of students’ catalyzes fully-fitted corporate, academic spin-offs, such as noted above.
