Brief Bio:

Timothy Apasiba Abeo obtained his Ph.D. Degree in Computer Applied Technology from Jiangsu University, China. Received the M.Sc. Degree in Information Technology and a B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science both from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology(KNUST), Ghana. He is a senior Lecturer with the Computer Science Department, at Tamale Technical University, Ghana. His research interests include pattern recognition, multimedia analysis and retrieval, and statistical machine learning. He has published more than 20 technical papers in premium international journals and conferences such as IEEE, Multimedia Tools, and Applications, Journal of Applied Remote Sensing, Pattern Recognition, Springer, and ACM Multimedia.
