Nina Halidu Adamu is a lecturer with the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department at Tamale Technical University.She is adaptable and flexible nature trained to work in situations of time constraints and multitasking. She is also an entrepreneur and works on hospitality related areas for entrepreneurial growth. Her area of specialization includes: Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation, Food Production Operations Management, Event and Entertainment Management. Her research works span into: Food Hygiene and Safety Practices among food vendors, Exploring Hotels Understanding of Corporate Social Responsibilities and the Influence of Virtual Meeting Platforms (200m) on the Mice Industry.
