Brief bio

Stanley Cowther was employed as an instructor by the then Polytechnic in 2008 after his national service and a contract with the institution, he rose through the ranks, and he is a lecturer at the now Tamale Technical University

Education

He attained his M.Phil. in Hospitality and Catering Technology in 2021, Master of Technology Education in Catering and Hospitality from University of Education Winneba in 2014 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from Paris Graduate School of Management 2010 and a Higher National Diploma at Ho Technical University in 2002. He is on the verge of pursuing his PhD this year.

Research interest

 My research interest is in hospitality, green practices, environmental concerns, recruitment practices and policies of hotels.

Teaching areas

Bar operations, Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage management.
