Brief bio

Mr.Tuahiru Maahi was employed by the University in 2008. Before his appointment in to the institution, he taught at lower level in several schools as a professional teacher in science and mathematics related subjects. Since his appointment, he has contributed significantly (in the areas of teaching, research, programme development, administration, etc.) to the development of the University. He has over 22 years of teaching experience but about 14 years in a tertiary level. He is presently a Senior Lecturer in the Statistical Sciences department.
