The Director of Procurement is assited by an Assistant Procurement Officer, Mr. Stephen Laar (MSc- Supply Chain Mgt, B. Com and HND – Accountancy, CILT (UK). The Directorate is mandated to procure goods and services on behalf of the institution by ensuring that all procurement regulations complied with the Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663.
