DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRO VICE CHANCELLOR

• The Pro Vice Chancellor takes responsibilities of all activities in the institution in the absence of the Vice Chancellor.
• All issues pertaining to teaching staff shall be reported to the Pro Vice Chancellor through Academic Deans.
• The Pro Vice Chancellor shall coordinate the admission process of all programmes.
• The Pro Vice Chancellor assists Vice Chancellor on academic and administrative issues making sure that the programmes run in the university are in compliance with standards established by the regulatory authorities in Ghana.

The Pro VC’s secretariat is currently headed by Junior Assistant Registrar Mr. Alidu Abraham (MBA-Human Resource Management, BBA-Human Resource Management, HND-Sec/Mgt, and DBS-Sec/Mgt) and supported by Junior Assistant Registrar Mr Issah Sulemana Saaka (MA-Management and Administration, BA-Sociology with Psychology).
