The Academic Affairs Directorate of the Registry is responsible for students ’ admissions and keeping of relevant records on all students in the University. The Deputy Registrar assists the Registrar in carrying  out administrative  activities  at the Academic Affairs Directorate. He is also being assisted by  Mr.  Iddrisu Fuseini, an Assistant Registrar, (MA-Development Studies, B. Com, HND- Accounting) who is in charge of admissions, and Mr. Marvin Senanu Akyea (MA-Social Administration, BA-Sociology) a Senior Assistant Registrar in charge of students’ records. There are faculty officers in the various faculties.
