Invitation to orientation ceremony for newly recruited staff

As a reminder to our earlier memo dated January 17, 2022, on the above subject matter. I write on behalf of the Registrar to invite you to an orientation ceremony of the newly recruited staff as follows:

Date:  Thursday, January 27,2022

Time:  10:00am

Venue: The Auditorium , Computer Science Block

Core Activities to be performed during the orientation

Each of the under-listed Officers shall be required to do a presentation on core activities of their management Units and various Departments/Sections/Units which constitute such respective Management Units. Deans of Faculties will be required to highlight the Departments in their respective Faculties and the Programmes being run in those Faculties.

COVID-19 Protocols

All staff shall be expected to strictly comply with COVID-19 Protocols at the venue.

Newly Recruited Staff

By this correspondence, all newly recruited staff are duly invited to the orientation programme.
