The office of the Registrar is manned by the University Registrar, whose mandate covers all areas of administrative activities and responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration of the University to provide support services to teaching, research and extension services.
Assisting the Registrar in the discharge of his duties are Deputy Registrars, Senior Assistant Registrars and Assistant Registrars who handle the various Departments of the Office, service Committees and the Governing Council of the University.
Working in the office of the Registrar are: a Deputy Registrar, Hajia Sulemena Falila, (ChPA, CMC, MBA –Human Resource, BMS, HND –Sec/Mgt.,) a Junior Assistant Registrar, Mr Salifu Hafizu (MBA-HRM, BMSS, HND-Sec&Mgt., DBS-Sec&Mgt.) and a Senior Administrative Assistant.
