ADMISSION POLICY
Tamale Technical University (TaTU) shall be committed to achieve a selection criteria and working environment which provides equal opportunities, data protection and widening participation. TaTU shall be committed to procedures for the recruitment and admission of students which shall be fair, explicit and implemented consistently without discrimination.
CODE OF ETHICS POLICY
The Tamale Technical University Ethics Policy is designed to promote acceptable conduct of all stakeholders of the University. For the attainment of the mission of the university requires that all the community members of the university are well-behaved in all aspects of teaching, learning, research and community service among others.

Tamale Technical University with its diverse community of staff and students, has an objective to provide a compassionate and equal opportunity for all. It is both our desire and duty to ensure that all members of the University community are adequately supported to fulfil their potentials, particularly, those with disability.
INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES AND INSTITUTIONAL LINKAGEPOLICY (IPIL)
Collaboration among institutions has become a very important ingredient in the growth of individual institutions in the global world of the 21st century. This International Programmes and Institutional Linkage (IPIL) policy is designed to assist Tamale Technical University in establishing linkages, partnerships and collaborations with institutions that intend to collaborate in research and training, and those considering engaging in other activities of mutual benefit.
GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING POLICY
The Guidance and Counselling policy sets out a clear framework for the provision of Guidance services in Tamale Technical University. It outlines the processes of providing Guidance services to the students, staff and significant others in the university fraternity and roles to be played by various stakeholders. A detailed description of these processes and responsibility of every stakeholder gives the tone for achieving quality service delivery to our highly respected clientele.

INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT POLICY
Industrial attachment training is key and mandatory to all students undertaking a degree, diploma or certificate programmes in the university. The purpose of this training is to supplement classroom training and instill in the students’ the right work attitudes and professionalism so that they can become effective and productive to organizations.
