A WorkShop organised by Research, Conference And Innovation Directorate on October 12, 2021 at the Auditorium

The Research Directorate organized its first workshop on the 12th of October 2021. This workshop was held for both academic and non-academic staff of the University. The workshop took place at the University Auditorium with the Director of Research, Innovation and Conference Dr. Abdul-Aziz Ibn Musah been the main speaker. The Workshop was attended by both internal members and external members from Tamale Training College, Bagabaga Training College, Tamale Secondary School and Tamale Teaching Hospital. The workshop which was the first of its kind was on how to publish in an “Impact Factor Journal” while highlighting other areas. Some of the highlighted areas include; target journals for publication, database for visibility for publications, why editors reject paper without review, path to follow to submit a paper, journal selection criteria, topic selection and paper format (Structure) and Article Extraction from Thesis.
