6TH MATRICULATION OF TaTU HELD

 Tamale Technical University (TaTU) on February 24th, 2024 held its 6^th Matriculation ceremony at the forecourt of the Engineering.  The event was significant, with a large number of fresh men and women being welcomed into various programmes of study. The addition of new programmes, as mentioned by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abass Braimah, indicates the university’s commitment to providing a diverse academic experience.

The current range of programs offered in the 2023/2024 academic year includes certificates (26), diplomas (27), Higher National Diplomas (HND) (23), Bachelor of Technology (46), and Master of Technology (15). This suggests a comprehensive educational offering to cater to different academic interests and career paths.

The detailed breakdown of admitted students in different categories, such as Post Graduate Studies 289, Bachelor of Technology 2,546, Higher National Diploma 421, and other Diploma and certificate programs 2,969, gives a clear picture of the diverse student body at Tamale Technical University.

The Vice-Chancellor in his welcome message advised the new students to make valuable use of their time on campus, emphasizing the importance of seizing opportunities for learning, growth, and self-discovery.
