Procurement Directorate

The Director of Procurement is assisted by a Senior Assistant Procurement Officer, Mr. Stephen Laar (MSc- Supply Chain Mgt, B. Com and HND- Accountancy, MCILT (UK), MCIPS (UK) and a Junior Assistant Procurement Officer, Ms. Geraldine Mensah (MSc- Procurement & Supply Chain Mgt., BSc-Mathematics & Economics, MCIPS (UK). The office also has two Chief Procurement Assistants, a Senior Procurement Assistant and a Procurement Assistant. The Directorate is mandated to procure goods and services on behalf of the institution by ensuring that all procurement regulations complied with the Procurement Act, 2003 Act 663.
