Directorate of Works and Physical Development

The Directorate is responsible for the management and maintenance of all landed property of the University. The office also supervises and coordinates all construction works by the University by seeing to it that development activities are carried out in a well-structured manner so as to ensure orderliness of development of the University.

The Director is assisted by a Senior Assistant Development Officer, Engr. Boadu Joseph Asiamah (MSc- Development Management, BSc- Building Technology), and two Assistant Development Officers, namely, Mr. Musah Masahudu (MSc-Construction Management, PGD- Architecture, BSc-Architecture) and Alhaji Surv. Zebilila Mohammed Kamil (MSc- Engineering Project Management, B-Tech-Building Technology, PGD-Management Practice, HND-Building Technology).

There is a Junior Assistant Registrar, Mr. Haruna Hamza (MA-Population & Health, BA-Sociology & Social Work, Diploma-Social Administration) who assists the Director in the administrative activities of the Directorate. The Office also has a host of staff of various grades.
