About Human Resources Directorate
The Human Resources Directorate of the Registry is responsible for talent acquisition, strategic staff placement, promotions management, comprehensive staff development, and the general welfare of all employees across Tamale Technical University. The Directorate also oversees the structured determination and implementation of appropriate institutional wages, salaries, and compensation frameworks.
Managed by a Deputy Registrar, the Directorate assists the Registrar in handling all labor-related issues, union engagements, and workplace compliance. The leadership framework is operationally supported by a dedicated technical team:
Hajia Seimawu Iddrisu (ChPA, CMC, MPA, CEMPA, BMS, HND-Sec/Mgt) – Senior Assistant Registrar, in charge of Appointments and Promotions. Mr. Baba Yaka Abdulai (MSc-Information Technology, MSc-Organizational Development) – Senior Assistant Registrar.
