Directorate of Legal Affairs

The Legal Services Directorate is mandated to provide comprehensive legal counsel and support services to Tamale Technical University and its internal institutional bodies. The Directorate delivers strategic advisory services across key corporate areas, including institutional transactions, contract governance, alternative dispute resolution, anti-corruption compliance, labour and employment relations, and debt and asset recovery.

Additionally, the Directorate actively protects the university’s institutional interests by representing the University in all litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. The office is managed by the Director, with dedicated administrative support provided by Junior Assistant Registrar, Fuseini Nu-Ayimatu Lois (MSc-Management (HRM), BSc-Management Education, HND-Accounting).
