Directorate of Legal Affairs

The Directorate is mandated to provide legal services to the University as well as support services to members of the university. It is supposed to offer legal advice to the University in matters concerning transactions, dispute resolution, anti-corruption, labour & employment issues as well as debt and asset recovery.

The directorate also represents the University in litigation, arbitration and mediation cases. Currently, the office is manned by the Director with a support of a Junior Assistant Registrar in the person of Fuseini Nu- Ayimatu Lois (MSc-Management (HRM), BSc-Management Education, HND-Acct.).
