Welcome to our application process! We have made it simple and convenient for you to join our esteemed institution.

Follow these easy steps to embark on your journey towards a bright future:

1. The first step to Applying for admission is to buy the Admission E-Voucher which contains a PIN and a Serial Number.

You can purchase the voucher at the following bank branches nationwide:

• Zenith Bank Branches
• GCB Bank Branches
• Calbank Branches
• Stanbic Bank Branches

Alternatively, you can obtain your E-Voucher through these channels:

• Ghana Post Office: Visit any national branch network.
• Mobile Money: Select “BUY SERIAL/PIN USING MOBILE MONEY” directly on the admission portal dashboard.
• Short Code (USSD): Dial *920*224*3# on any network and follow the prompts.

2. Create an Account and Login:

Log on to the online Admissions System using your purchased Serial Number and PIN to fill out your details across these sections:

1. Complete Your Bio Data: Name, date of birth, gender, and nationality.
2. Personal Contact Details: Current phone number, address, and email.
3. Parent or Guardian Details: For communication pathways and support.
4. Choice of Programmes: Select your preferred academic course choices.
5. Educational & Employment History: Your qualification backgrounds.
6. Examination History: Previous examination index types, years, and grades.
7. Documents Upload: Clear, legible digital scans of your certificates and transcripts.
8. Summary Confirmation: Review the summary parameters carefully before submitting.

3. Submit Your Application and Mail Documents:

Once you click submit, please follow our submission rules based on your application stream:

• Undergraduate Applicants: You are not required to submit hard copies of the online application form.
• Mature & MTech Applicants: You must print your completed form, attach two passport photos, two copies of relevant certificates/birth records, and submit or mail them to the address below.
